Training and workshops for Health & Social Care Professionals

Updated: Feb 8

At Nice 2 Meet Ya we offer a friendship and relationship matching service and support members to develop those new connections in a safe way. We are a community of events and activities where adults with learning disabilities or who are neurodiverse can safely connect with others like them.

We believe that everyone has the right to explore relationships and build social circles and networks in a safe and supported way. We’re here to do everything possible to empower our members in a way which helps them not just live more fulfilling lives, but also take a much more active role in how they choose to form connections with others.

Relationships can be complicated to navigate and it may not always be easy to know how best to support individuals on their journey. Social Care Professionals are invaluable support mechanisms in many people's lives. As well as providing support to our members, we are also here for the people who are supporting them to live their best lives.

We aim to create an environment where people feel comfortable talking about sex and relationships in Social Care, and to offer support in a non-judgement and legally informed way.

Our first session will be led by Dr Claire Bates from the Supported Loving Network.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to transform the way you approach relationships in social care.

Let's create a positive impact together!

We are pleased to offer special introductory prices for this session - see link below.
